T-8 Classes

The running has been going well. Today, Jack and I jogged a mile in 10.23 minutes and then did seven laps in 6.30 minutes.

My tutee failed to show up today.

I learned, on Friday, that ENG283 (War Correspondence), the class that I really, really, reeeeally was excited about, has been cancelled due to low registration. Guess how many students registered. Two. Including me. I was absolutely devastated and frustrated beyond words on Friday -- after a great deal of being devastated and frustrated, I ran to Dr. Schad's office (fortunately, he was in for office hours), and he suggested that I might still be able to take the course as an independent study. I contacted my English advisor, Dr. Lehman, who in turn contacted the ENG283 professor. Unfortunately, there's no chance of ENG283 being offered even as an independent study, so I'm just going to ask the professor if she can give me the list of materials she intended on using. In its stead, I've registered for REL143 -- New Testament.
